In June 2025, the Group delivered a construction camp complex for the Xuan Giang Hydropower Station project in Vietnam. Located along a tributary of the Mekong River, the camp consists of 156 waterproof and corrosion-resistant modules, housing dormitories, conference rooms, a supply warehouse, and an emergency command center, with a total construction area of 5,460 square meters.
To address Vietnam's rainy season flooding (water levels rise up to 3 meters) and high temperatures and humidity, the modular housing features an elevated foundation (1.5 meters high), a corrosion-resistant steel frame (salt spray resistance grade C5-M), mildew-resistant walls, and a rainwater collection system (collecting 20 tons of water daily). The project, certified by the Vietnam Building Standards Certification (TCVN), took only 90 days from project confirmation to commissioning, shortening the construction period by 60% compared to traditional temporary structures and withstanding a magnitude 7 earthquake. The camp will accommodate 1,200 construction workers during the hydropower station's construction. The Group is in negotiations with Laos and Cambodia for Mekong River infrastructure camp projects.
